Refunds & order support

This policy covers printable coloring digital editions sold by RRG Applied through Payhip. Amazon paperback purchases are handled separately.

Digital orders: let us help

If you receive the wrong files, are charged twice for the same purchase, cannot access a file, or the files materially differ from the description, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Please contact us within 30 days where possible so we can help promptly. This request does not shorten any statutory deadline or right.

We will investigate and offer a corrected download or suitable help. If a missing, defective or misdescribed file cannot be put right within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Verified duplicate charges for the same purchase will be refunded.

Changed your mind?

Our voluntary policy allows cancellation within 14 days if the files have not been downloaded or accessed. After access, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, except where applicable law requires them. We do not treat downloading alone as a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights: where consent and acknowledgment are required, the relevant rules must also be satisfied.

How to request help or a refund

Use our contact page and provide your purchase email, order reference, book title and the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the payment provider determines when the credit appears. We do not charge a refund handling fee.

Amazon paperbacks

For a printed book ordered on Amazon, start from the order in your Amazon account. Amazon’s applicable return and replacement terms govern that order. We cannot issue a Payhip refund for an Amazon purchase.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory cancellation rights or remedies for content that is missing, defective or not as described. Where local law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
