RRG Applied Books is the book catalog operated by Ranferis Morales under the RRG Applied storefront name. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page. This notice applies to books.rrgapplied.com and the information we receive when you contact us or buy our digital products.
Browsing this catalog
The catalog has no customer accounts, newsletter form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Search and category filters run in your browser; this website does not send those entries to us or save them in cookies or local storage. Book images and fonts are served with the site rather than embedded from advertising or social-media services.
On the hosted website, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request details, to deliver and secure the site. Its services may use essential security cookies. This is distinct from marketing tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Contact and purchase information
If you contact us through Payhip, we receive the information needed to answer you, such as your name, email address, message and any order reference you provide. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Payhip provides checkout and digital-file delivery. We may receive order details such as the buyer’s name, email, purchased title, amount, transaction reference and download/order status. Payhip and the selected payment provider handle payment information; this website does not collect card numbers. Information those services collect is explained in their own notices.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, fulfill purchases, resolve file problems, handle refunds, prevent abuse and keep legally required business records. Where applicable, these uses rely on fulfilling a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in support and security. We do not use this catalog to sell personal information, run behavioral advertising or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Other services and links
Clicking a Payhip or Amazon link takes you to a separate service. We do not embed their checkout or tracking tools in this catalog. Those services apply their own privacy and cookie practices. Service providers may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep support and order information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, fulfill the order, resolve disputes and meet legal recordkeeping duties. Provider retention periods may differ. Access should be limited to people who need it for these purposes; no internet service can promise absolute security. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained by law.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. Requests about information independently held by Payhip, Amazon or a payment provider should also be directed to that service.
Children
This is a shopping and information site for adults, including parents and educators. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes
We will update this notice when the website’s practices change. New analytics, subscriptions or checkout features will require an updated notice and any consent required for their use. The revision date appears above.
