Include the book title, purchase email, order reference and a short explanation of what happened. If a file will not open, tell us your device and PDF reader. A screenshot can help, but hide payment details and other private information.

Please never send card numbers, passwords or identity documents. You can also use the seller contact information in your Payhip receipt.

For an Amazon paperback

For delivery, damaged copies, returns or payment issues, open the relevant order in your Amazon account and use its support options. You can contact us separately about book content.

Privacy requests

Use the same contact route and identify your message as a privacy request. Tell us what you want to access, correct or delete. We may need limited information to locate and verify the relevant record.

Business identity

RRG Applied Books is the book collection operated by Ranferis Morales. Our digital editions are available through the RRG Applied Payhip storefront.
